Inspiré par ses origines, le chef sicilien souhaite recréer l'ambiance chaleureuse de son pays natal.

We came to Respiro first in 2021 and had a wonderful meal. We have told numerous friends about it when they come to Paris and they have all loved it. We returned last night (April 2024) and it was once again wonderful. Everything was fresh and delicious and the staff could not be nicer or more attentive. If you are in Paris, particularly in the 5th arrondissement you owe it to yourself to go there. It is now one of our “must go when in Paris” places.

Open the door and you are in Sicilia ! From the decor to the staff, everything is Italiano. Food is great, like a casa, portions are generous and the Esther short choice is the one that needed to be done.

La pizza était excellente mais les pâtes vraiment très moyen. Le serveur etait assez imposant et stressant ce qui nous a empêché de passer un bon moment.
