I had eaten at AU35 previously and found the service and food exceptional. So I was excited to return. I ordered the linguini and meat patty. I asked the waiter if there was a sauce with the linguini. He said it was a tomato sauce. The linguini was overcooked and so dry it stuck together. The tomato sauce was a very small amount of what seemed be ground tomato pulp— very dry. The meat was good. After tasting the linguini, I didn’t eat it. At the end of the meal, I told the waiter that the pasta was overcooked. He said he’d inform the chef. I should have sent it back.
