Dîner copieux et délicieux (panisses et gnocchis en daube) avec un vin italien aromatique. Service agréable et musique d'ambiance qui nous a bien plu.

Un bistro di forte ispirazione italiana senza perdere l’identità francese. Cucina di livello elevato, con alcune ricercatezze davvero interessanti. Forte, ma rispettosa tradizione nizzarda, l’influenza della cultura gastronomica italiana senza pero essere invadente, equilibrata nel menù la presenza di Francia e Italia. Abbiamo assaggiato un ottimo foie gras, ed una strepitosa guancia di manzo, tenera e burrosa. Dal sapore bilanciato e mai troppo sapido. Molto buona la zuppa di pesce all’italiana, proposta invece della bouillebasse, di cui spesso si assaggiano imitazioni sbiadite. Un indirizzo notevole per Nizza
