Le Bistrot Saint Georges, situé dans le quartier du port à Nice fait place à la Bistronomie! A l’ardoise, tout est fait « maison » à partir de produits frais travaillés avec amour et imagination. Ainsi, tout l'esprit méditerranéen est transporté dans votre assiette.

On y déguste – jusqu’à la dernière bouchée – une cuisine traditionnelle et savoureuse mais élaborée, recherchée, et parfaitement assaisonnée. Une cuisine méditérranéenne, authentique ou revisitée à l'envie, au gré des humeurs du chef, Guillaume, accompagnée par les vins conseillés et servis par Soukaïna, les deux atouts du Bistrot Saint Georges.

A beautifully executed menu. The ceviche was the best I have had in a long time, complex and fresh. Great portions and excellent value for money. The beef fillet was a standout as was the tuna tataki. The service was friendly and competent, as the restaurant was busy, there was a small wait on certain service items, but the it didn’t matter as the ambience was lovely and the food was worth a small wait. Enjoy!

Très bonne cuisine, très bon accueil et service. Nous avons demandé des cocktails qui ont été préparés suivant nos goûts, ils correspondaient exactement à notre attente. Les plats étaient excellents. Je recommande !!
