Loin du piège à touriste, le café des deux moulins reste l'un des endroits mythiques du quartier Montmartre. Of course we made a point to go because of the film but it’s also a great spot to grab a beer or coffee. Friendly staff and respectful of our limited French.

Food is ok, don’t expect for anything extraordinary. It’s a real shame the condition of the place, it looks old, dirty, careless… plus rude service.

Go just to see one of the filming locations of the movie “Amélie”, but if you order food expect it to be mediocre at best. I had the French onion soup but was disappointed that they do not put any cheese in it. My husband had the Caesar salad and thought it was the blandest version he has ever had. We would perhaps suggest just getting drinks and not bothering to order food here.
