Chez Germaine ignore le temps qui passe : ce restaurant cantine populaire ne change pas et c’est tant mieux. Point de gastronomie

Chez Germaine, juste quelques plats sortis des marmites de grand-mère : un jour carottes râpées blanquette de veau, le lendemain harengs pomme à l’huile steack frites, le soir des radis pain beurre brandade de morue…on mange très simplement, un peu comme au Bouillon Chartier

Excellent accueil par le maître de maison. Cuisine classique et très soignée qui gagnerait peut-être à être davantage relevée. Je sais, "on peut toujours ajouter du sel", mais c'est bien meilleur quand il est déjà dedans. Les prix sont élevés, mais à la hauteur de la prestation.

what an amazing experience. a true classic Parisian small bistro. its restaurants like this that will keep me coming back to Paris over and over again. a must visit. but make a booking as its small and intimate
