Le Machon d'Henri en quelques mots...

Dans la charmante rue Guisarde, voilà un établissement de petite taille à l'ambiance sympathique avec un décor chaleureux, arborant poutres apparentes et murs à l'ancienne agrémentés de tableaux divers.

Il y règne une atmosphère de bistrot où se retrouve une clientèle d'habitués et de touristes attirés par la simple authenticité du lieu.

On y sert une cuisine familiale et variée largement inspirée de la région lyonnaise : saucisse de Morteau aux lentilles, filet de rouget, jambonneau de porc, le tout accompagné d'un petit beaujolais qu'on aura sorti de la cave coincée contre le mur.

La comida está bien. Le falta ventilación. La ropa huele a comida. La señora que nos atendió no tuvo ninguna sonrisa ni nos recomendó nada. Ni una palabra. Éramos seis personas.

Me and my mum reserved a table for last Saturday night and had the beef and the salmon and both were delicious! Service was excellent, staff were very friendly and the restaurant had a warm authentic French atmosphere - although worth mentioning the tables are very close together so not the easiest to access from the booth side. We had plenty of room for dessert after our mains so had the tarte and the mousse for dessert and these were also both delicious! Prices were fairly reasonable for what you get.
