What a wonderful spot to discover. Alsatian “tapas” is such a great concept and served up in a delightful space with great service. I won’t try to pronounce the German-French names of all of our dishes. But we had everything from foie-gras on toast with an onion/sauerkraut jam (rich and delicious!), mini sliders and Alsatian hot dogs, escargots floating in forest mushroom caps, etc. Curated wine and beer list from Alsace producers. Lively and intimate dining room -all four of us (including two sons, 18&20) loved Les Chauvins ❤️. Definitely recommend but you will need a reservation.

We came here yearly. The concept is still the same, however the ownership has changed. This time food came quick as well as the bill, we didn’t feel as welcome as we used to be. Too bad!
