Incredible pasta dishes near old Nice. We got the macaroni carbonara and the woodworker. Unbeatable homemade pasta. Definitely worth a stop. Also Giuliano is one of the nicest owners you’ll meet in France. Made it his mission to stop and speak with us while eating.

Un patron (et chef) haut-en-couleurs, un vrai personnage qui met l'ambiance à lui seul et connecte les clients entre eux de table en table, un resto dans le centre ouvert tous les jours même les lundi et dimanche soirs mais surtout des plats savoureux comme ce qu'on a choisi, les gnocchis à la truffe, la crêpe fourrée à la fondue et les pinsas (des pizzas mais en bien mieux). Merci et à très bientôt !
