The soup was a seafood based cream bisque which was good but flat in taste. The pasta was tagliatelle with a smoked salmon rose sauce and it was acceptable thought the pasta was cooked past el dente. My primary complaint was that they advertised on the menu and on the chalk board, that the Chianti was Chianti Classico when in fact it was a regular Chianti. Doesn’t sound like much but to those who know there is a significant difference in the source of grapes and the methods used to produce the wine. I brought this to the owner’s attention but he debated with me not really seeming to understand the issue. However, the bill was modest, the food quick and hot and not everyone is as picky about wine as I am. As such if you want a quick good pasta or pizza for a reasonable price, this place can work for you.
Réservation en ligne, confirmation reçue par mail précisant de prévenir au moins 24h à l’avance en cas de défection. En arrivant nous découvrons que le restaurant est fermé. Carte resserrée, promesse de cuisine maison. Très bon repas, nous avons très bien dîner. Un bémol sur la générosité de l entrée ( burrata) : le plat gagnerait à etre un peu plus copieux. Le risotto est quant à lui généreux, et délicieux ! Belle sélection de vins , plus ou moins accessible. Service attentionné et précis. 60e par convive ( cocktails en apero inclus) , ce qui positionne ce restaurant plutôt haut par rapport à ces confrères à proximité.
Déjà le nom du restaurant n’est plus la bâtisse mais la marguerite, ce serait bien de le changer. L’accueil n’est pas fou mais pas désagréable non plus. Le lieu ne paye pas de mine, pourtant la cuisine est excellente ! La carte est variée et les plats sont très bons. Simple mais bon Ce restaurant a ete repris il ne se nomme pas la batisse mais la bastille opera depuis 1 an
